I’ve been meaning to drop you a line to thank you and your team for the incredible transformation of mums apartment.
Undertaking a complete reform of almost 200m is never an easy task but having recently lost dad and in the midst of a global pandemic, the task certainly didn’t become easier nor did the fact that mum was living there at the time.
Given that the only remaining original part of the property is the ceiling coving to a few of the rooms, It would be impossible to highlight any single area that you didn’t excel, your attention to detail throughout was impeccable and the guidance and inclusion of features that we hadn’t even considered, exceeded even my own high expectations.
Whilst courtesy is expected but not always delivered, I can only say that your guys are absolute gentlemen and the furthest thing from the stereotypical “builders” I’ve encountered in the past, their gentle, polite and thoughtful approach made the 3+ months of upheaval, not only tolerable but pleasant at times; mum and I joked how she would miss them when they finished and she certainly did. One of the things that really sticks in my mind was the way you would dedicate time each morning to preparing the property with dust sheets etc and then each evening returning it to a “home” as best it could be – the “covid” hand sanitisers at the entry and exit points went way beyond any reasonable expectations and no doubt provided the neighbouring properties with a sense of safety.
With hindsight, your pricing was great value and the fact that a 6 figure project was competed without even a hint of a “sorry guv, we didn’t allow for that” and absolutely within budget is nothing less than a miracle especially as there were occasions when my visits usually came with a request to change this “just a little bit”
More important than the work Paul, was the way you each of you made mum feel safe and I was able to return home knowing she was in safe hands and for that in particular I am truly grateful and would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to offer a personal reference to anyone that is considering commissioning your services.

Paul provided a very reasonable quote for the complete renovation of our bungalow, with two interior walls removed, steel structural frames inserted, re-plastering and re-flooring throughout, new sliding doors installed on the back of the property and new windows on the front (amongst other things). Paul and his team finished our new bathroom just prior to Christmas and made an excellent job of it and we are very, very pleased. As we were mid-lockdown, the first thing they did was to set up a sanitising station in the front garden which was very reassuring and well used. All the team were very friendly and respectful. They all got on extremely well and it was a joy to hear them laughing and chatting together. They arrived on time every day and worked solidly all day. Each individual tradesman that arrived to do their job fitted into the team like a piece of a jigsaw. Everyone’s standard of workmanship and expertise was outstanding. If we needed any advice or assistance, they were very happy to give it especially Paul who certainly knows his job.
